Our chalet apartment on the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower / WC / bidet and private indoor sauna, 1 bathroom with shower / WC, a living area with large couch, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, incl. dishes), a south-facing balcony with mountain view including seating and sun loungers and a private outdoor jacuzzi, WiFi, smart TV, safe, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobes, bath slippers, bed linen, towels.

General information:
- All prices are per night and apartment
- Our apartments require a minimum stay of 7 nights with regular arrival and departure on Saturdays
- Short stays are possible in low season
- Our chalet is a non-smoking establishment
- Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure
- Please inform us in advance if you arrive after 6pm
- Pets are not allowed
- The local tax in S. Cristina is 1,45€ per night and person (from 14 years) and will be charged in addition to the apartment price
Services included:
- One weekly intermediate cleaning for a stay of at least 7 nights incl. change of towels and bath towels.
- Final cleaning
- Bed linen, bath slippers, bathrobes, bath and hand towels are available for the duration of the stay
- Also provided: soap, toilet paper, shampoo & shower gel, dishwasher tablets and tea towels
- One garage and one outside parking space per flat
- Use of the in-house bicycle and ski storage room
- Separate beds in some bedrooms available on request
- Free WiFi

Cancellation and payment conditions:
- A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking
- A booking is only valid, if the deposit has been paid by the due date and after you have received a written booking confirmation from us
- Cancellations made up to 60 days in advance can be cancelled free of charge and will be refunded minus a 50€ administration fee.
- Cancellation up to 30 days in advance will incur 30% of the total amount of the booking
- Cancellation up to 14 days in advance will incur 50% of the total amount of the booking
- Cancellation up to 7 days in advance will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount of the booking
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount of the booking
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booking will also be charged
- Payment of the remaining amount on arrival on site by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), EC card or cash (max. 4.999,00€)
